NEEDHAM, Hon. Francis Jack (1787-1880), of Mourne Park, nr. Newry, co. Down.

Needham succeeded to his father’s seat for Newry on the family interest on the latter’s succession to the peerage. He silently supported government in his first Parliament, voting with them against Tierney’s censure motion, 18 May 1819. He died 20 June 1880.
